This notice covers the AES trial request form on this website.

What the form collects

The form asks for your first name and email address. You may also provide your last name and phone number. It does not ask for payment details, account passwords or confidential business records.

How the information is used

Surfline Media uses your details to review and respond to your AES trial request and coordinate the next steps. Submitting the form does not activate an AES account, charge a card, or enroll you in marketing text messages. Trial provisioning, optional setup assistance and payment arrangements are handled separately after your request.

Access and services

The form is provided through Surfline Media’s GoHighLevel service, which processes and stores the request so Surfline Media can respond. OneFlow is a separate client portal with its own account and service processes.

To ask about your submitted information or request a correction or deletion, email [email protected] and identify the email address used for your request.

Last name and phone number are optional. Your email address is used to respond to and manage your request. Do not submit payment details, passwords or confidential business records through this form.
